If you have the wrong email address in your order - please contact our customer service.
Otherwise, unfortunately we can’t make any changes to your order - since once you’ve completed the checkout process, we send your order information directly to our warehouse system for a speedy delivery.
If in your order, you inputted:
- the wrong phone number - You will be informed about the status of your order via e-mail, and you can then follow your parcel with the tracking number and link in the e-mail.
- the wrong shipping address - If the shipping company is unable to deliver the parcel because of an incorrect name, phone or address, the parcel will automatically be returned to us at no cost to you. Once we’ve received it at our warehouse, we’ll send you an automated email and proceed with your full refund within approx. 14 working days.
or, if you:
- have an item you don't want to keep - You can just send it back to us with our easy return process.
- want to add something to your order - You can easily place another order if you want to add an item.
