There is currently a slight delay in the processing and delivery for some orders. It may take slightly longer for you to receive the order dispatch email and your parcel. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until you get it. It may up to 2 working days before the tracking information is available. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in your country.

- Monday - Thursday: Order before 17:00
- Friday - Saturday: Order before 22:00
- Orders placed on Sunday will not be in delivery until Tuesday.
Before delivery, you will receive an SMS or email from DHL that your package is on its way. DHL will also send you an SMS or e-mail on the delivery has taken place.
If you are not at home during the delivery of your package, the parcel carrier will put a card in your mailbox, on which you will find all the necessary information regarding the further delivery of your package. If delivery is not made within 30 days, the package will be automatically returned to us. We will then arrange the credit/refund and send you a confirmation email once the credit/refund has been arranged.
